Hello Ladies and Gentlemen,
Following BPOs available for purchase:
BARRAGE L BPO: ME10/PE1
BARRAGE S BPO: ME30/PE30
Starting Bid on All Items: 1 ISK.
Minimum Bid Increment: 25 Million ISK.
Reserves:
BARRAGE L BPO: 7.5 Billion ISK.
BARRAGE S BPO: 5 Billion ISK.
Buyout:
BARRAGE L BPO: 9 Billion ISK.
BARRAGE S BPO: 7 Billion ISK.
AUCTION RULES:
Auction Starts: February 21st, at the time of the post.
Auction Ends: March 1st, Sunday, 2009, 23:59 EVE TIME
Sniper Rule: 1 Hour
Pickup Location: High Security Empire, within easy reach of two Highways.
Contract Duration: Winning Contract will be setup for 24 Hours. No exceptions.
Note On Buyouts:
BPOs are currently in production and is slated to come out at the end of the auction.
If you claim a BuyOut on the item you will have to wait till the end of the auction to claim it.
Furthermore, if BuyOut is offered before the auction ends - the bidding will continue on the item for which Buyout was offered. This is to hedge the bets that the initial buyer's financial situation or inclination to buy might change before the auction end. We all know it can happen suddenly and without notice in EVE.
The Buyout will still take the precedent at the end of the auction - it is up to individual bidders to take the chance that the other buyer might back-out, and they would wind up a winner of an auction.
Again, this is to prevent me from running around with this BPO like a chicken with its head cut off, and to allow a serious bidder to win an item in the event if the initial buyer experiences difficulties in fulfilling their obligation for whatever reason.
And, it totally depends on your comfort level and situation. Meaning that if you are the one who claims the initial Buyout, and you are willing to wait, you will get the item. But, if you are screwing around, are unable to pay, playing games, then someone else who took a chance on winning the auction will do so.
All winning bids at the end of the auction are subject to "EDIT" rule:
If your bid is edited at the end of the auction - it will be disqualified, and you voluntarily forfeit your bid. Again, this only applies to the winning bids.
"EDIT" Rule Example:
You bid xx.xx Amount of ISK at 06:59 EVE Time.
Auction Ends at: 07:00 EVE Time.
Then an edit occurs on your last bid at 07:01 EVE Time (After the Official Auction End Time). This would disqualify the last/winning bid.
EVE-Mail Rules:
If you have to contact me via EVE-Mail, contact me with BUYOUT offers only.
Other Things To Keep In Mind:
ALTS and Characters with insignificant Posting History, or characters that are clearly designed to Disrupt Sales on the Sales Forums - ARE DISQUALIFIED from bidding. If you want to use an ALT to bid, notify me via EVE-Mail from your main, with your ALT information.
I will be checking on each bidder, and will only speak up if the bid is disqualified, If I just bump the thread without addressing the character, then they are OK, or their main has contacted me in game prior to entering the bidding.

Well, as some who are familiar with my previous auctions might attests to, my reserve prices are a guideline, and always aim for best possible scenario. And it is quite often I sold bellow the reserve if the price was fair in my opinion. I would not "sell for a song" but I certainly am flexible most of the time.
I appreciate the interest and the bids so far.
